Interesting Discussion Over Religion and Gender at My Kids' Dad

For any faith that preaches diversity to reject essential masculinity seems self defeating. A simple test might be, 'does you congregation believe that there is a time for war and a time for peace'?

It caught my eye because I have been intending for two days to right about gender roles in the early church, to go along with my other two posts.

So more self promoting, I guess :)

If you had any opinions on gender roles in Judaism at the same time, I would love to hear. There are some areas where my knowledge is very weak, and I value any learning I can get.
